We use the collected information strictly for providing, maintaining, and improving our telecom infrastructure. Technical metadata is used for routing algorithms, fraud prevention, and generating analytics for your dashboard. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
All voice traffic is encrypted using SRTP/TLS protocols. Stored data, including call recordings when enabled by you, is AES-256 encrypted at rest. TelcommHub maintains strict access controls and undergoes regular third-party security audits to ensure your data remains protected.
If you choose to use our CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), relevant call metadata and records will be securely synced with your third-party provider per your configuration. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party services.
