1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by TelcommHub ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our services include but are not limited to VoIP routing, SIP Trunking, Cloud PBX, and associated APIs.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the TelcommHub services only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our services for auto-dialing spam, caller ID spoofing for fraudulent purposes, malicious network scanning, or any behavior that violates local or international telecommunication laws.

3. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 99.99% uptime as detailed in our SLA, TelcommHub does not guarantee uninterrupted access in the event of force majeure, hardware failure outside our control nodes, or scheduled network maintenance.

4. Billing and Payments

Services are billed on a subscription or metered basis depending on your plan. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in temporary suspension of outbound routing capabilities.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TelcommHub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.
